This wonderful Desert Glaze is brushed on meats, fish, or poultry and then
broiled or grilled to perfection. It uses a base of Prickley Pear
syrup, infused with a savory Southwest seasoning.
One
of our favorite dishes is to simply brush Desert Glaze on an extra thick
center cut Pork Chop, let it rest for a while. Put it on a hot
Mesquite grill and smoke with Hickory chips for 10-12 minutes a side.
